ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sustainability Reporting Manager is a critical permanent role responsible for ESG performance tracking and verification, the lead role regarding climate and nature risk assessments, and ensuring ESG and Sustainability Reporting is aligned to global frameworks.
Ideally, the successful candidate will bring relevant tertiary studies and proven experience in sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and global sustainability frameworks/standards. Strong financial acumen, stakeholder management, leadership abilities, and project management skills are also highly suitable traits.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sustainability Reporting Manager is a critical permanent role responsible for ESG performance tracking and verification, the lead role regarding climate and nature risk assessments, and ensuring ESG and Sustainability Reporting is aligned to global frameworks.
- Drive Sustainability Strategy: Partner closely with the Head of Sustainability to propel the development and implementation of strategy.
- Lead ESG Reporting program: Lead the development and implementation of ESG reporting, aligning with global reporting frameworks.
- ESG Performance Verification: Oversee the ESG performance verification program in collaboration with experts across Nature, Climate, Welfare, People & Culture, Customer Relations, and First Nations.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Play a key role in broader initiatives and programs that overall enhance of the effectiveness of the program.
- Financial Management: Collaborate with finance to ensure Sustainability Reports aligns with Annual Financials, while assisting with relevant budget prep, financial analysis, and reporting on relevant metrics.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, maintaining positive working relationships and driving support for sustainability initiatives.
