We are looking for motivated and hardworking casual Merchandisers and Product Trainers to join our Swann Security Field Team! Training Provided!
Swann Security is a global leader and provider of home security and camera systems and accessories. Visiting key retailers, you will provide a great experience through compelling demonstrations of Swann Security products with store staff and customers. Using your superior product knowledge, you will actively convert customer engagement into sales. If you have a passion for Consumer Electronic products, this could be the role for you!

- $30.54 hourly rate and $0.95 cents per KM travelled compensated from store-to-store

Location: the opportunity will cover Blacktown, Minchinbury, Penrith, Rydalmere, Seven Hills, Rouse Hill, McGraths Hill, Liverpool, Homebush, Wetherill Park, Auburn. and surrounding suburbs.
Hours/Days: average 20-30 hours weekly depending on client needs and flexible availability is required across Monday to Friday.
You will be required to:
- Merchandise our clients’ product range within various retailers such as Bunnings, JBHIFI, Costco, Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and more!.
- Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
- Complete seasonal planograms when required
- Check stock levels for stores and stock ordering
- Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit
- Provide support and training to retail staff and build strong relationships with retailers
- Use your superior Swann product knowledge and engagement skills to convert product demonstrations into sales
About you:
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car
- Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
- Commitment to work on an ongoing basis in a casual position
- Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company
- Activities can be physically demanding in nature, especially planograms, so you need to be confident with working autonomously to complete these tasks.
