This role will see you immerse yourself into a food safe environment, this will entail producing, training, and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures and auditable check lists which will be used to create and maintain a HACCP auditable cleaning system.  An auditable system requires the correct operating procedures to be implemented and trained to the team, you will be part of the cleaning operations team who do QA audits on a variety of food service businesses.

One of the true successes of the Coreserve system is our HANDS ON QA approach, although you will have a team of cleaners and specialist project cleaners at hand, we believe in the firsthand training and guidance of the cleaning team to meet our required objectives.  Your week will be split between site auditing, client liaison and onsite QA and training, this will provide your clients and your team with a holistic approach as such linking our cleaning team as an extension to the client’s team, the aim is to provide a high level of cleaning and training while passing the required food safety audits.

Due to the operational demands of the role and the time of day when we are on site the standard working day will be between 1:00pm - 9:00pm with with early afternoon site audits meeting clients, followed up by evening training and auditing.

Ideally you will need to have at least 2 years’ experience within Food Production Cleaning quality control.

This job will throw many variables at you each day, you will need to be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions and most importantly deliver the solutions to a standard so that all parties are happy, a blend of great organisational skills, good communications and a can do attitude will be required.

You will receive full training and ongoing support though your experience will ensure that you are a initiative-taker who can work on their own and has the drive to succeed.  This is a newly created role in our growing Food Production sector, as such the role will provide fantastic career growth for the correct candidate.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager.

Note This is a hands-on role -- You will be assisting the cleaners to get the venue up to standard at some point!

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

• Review site scope of works
• Produce and enforce standard operating procedures
• Report to the client with completed checklists and audits
• Highlight training requirements and attend suite to train cleaning personnel
• Enforce good cleaning hygiene to the team
• Have a knowledge of HACCP and Food Safe working
• Conduct daily site audits plus consult with both clients and cleaning personnel managing the service delivery to ensure all parties are happy.
• Impeccable time management is crucial, as you will be required to travel to many different sites / venues during the course of your week and deliver results in the time frames allocated.
• Be process driven and be able to set up jobs to achieve client requirements.
• The ability to motivate and communicate effectively to the team and solve any problems which may arise.
• Not be afraid to get your hands dirty and get stuck in when required to help the team if needed.
• Be flexible as you may be required to coordinate new jobs late at night and early mornings (when new jobs get signed off)
• Previous Food Production Cleaning industry experience is essential.
• Must have strong written & verbal communication Skills
• Manual car drivers license
• Police Checks will be carried out
