Swimming Program Supervisor

Work with an educational organisation who are seeking a Program Supervisor to join their swimming team!

The Business
The organisation is a prestigious school in Sydney's upper north shore that prides itself on having a friendly and welcoming work environment. It is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic team player to join its swimming team as a program supervisor.

The Role
Day to day you will be supporting the head coach delivering administration and support. You will work closely with staff, parents and students. As a qualified AUSTSWIM Teacher you will use your skills and knowledge in an combined program coordinator. You will construct lesson plans and help the improvement of the program. You will be heavily admin focused.

Experience
For this role you will have a current AUSTSWIM qualification and a Water Safety Certificate or equivalent admin background and high attention to detail
A current Working with Children Check would be taken
Current First Aid Certificate
Current Resuscitation Certificate
Ability to help supervising the pool on rare occasions

This role is offering up to $33ph + super to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis. The working hours will be varied depending on school term and non school terms. 30 hours a week.
