Address Faircloth & Reynolds has an a unique opportunity for a person with experience in Switch Board assembly and wiring to join our Electrical team based in Coffs Harbour.
About you:
We are seeking someone who possesses some or all of the following attributes.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in wiring and terminating Switch Boards
Previous HVAC electrical and/or electronics background and experience with electronic controllers would be beneficial
Knowledge/Skills
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, board drawings and manuals
Excellent communication
Takes pride in their workmanship
Highly organised with good time management skills
Computer literate
Ability to work within a small team
Licences
Electrical Licence, desirable but not essential
OHS Induction card
About the Position:
The role supports our Electrical design team in the building and manufacturing of our custom-built Switch Boards. Duties include:
Assembly of Switch Boards and fitting of components.
Reading and understanding board layout plans, power and control schematics.
Some coordination of labour and equipment in workshop for Switch Board manufacturing.
Testing and fault finding of HVAC Switchboards prior to shipment.
Training in the process of board assembly and wiring will be provided.
