Drive, lead & inspire! Do you have expertise in retail, shopper + creative direction? WE WANT YOU! This indie marketing agency now seeks a mid to senior-level Creative Director who’s currently on a journey through their career & would be eager to play a key leadership role within the broad creative team. The successful mid to senior-level Creative Director will provide conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving to a range of BTL projects, directing the creative output for this rapidly expanding indie agency.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and work with the broader creative team to develop work going through the department, ensuring that BTL (Retail & Shopper) campaigns are on brief
- Develop outstanding strategic and creative work and progress the agency within the retail/shopper category
- Develop and deliver creative ideas across all communications channels including BTL advertising, activations, events, digital media and social content
- Develop strong relationships with your clients, team, and external stakeholders
- Develop strong knowledge of your clients’ business, including an understanding of their marketing challenges, business objectives and the role of creativity in achieving those.
You:
- Live in Sydney, Australia
- Describe yourself as a marketing enthusiast who has an interest in shopper, activations or experiential marketing
- At least 6-8+ years (recent) experience work experience working as a creative with shopper or retail client (agency) experience
- Have a passion for developing and creating market-leading work to the highest standard
- An excellent knowledge of marketing and communication strategies and their execution
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire those around you
- The ability to talk persuasively and compellingly about strategic and creative work
- An ability to make decisions and implement them
- Maintains a creative approach to problem solving
- Champion the agency’s point of view and product
- Ability to see the bigger picture
