We are looking for Sidekicks to work as our Retail Merchandisers! We work with multiple different clients across Sydney!
We are looking for Sidekicks who want to work with us every week. Each store you visit, you'll need to complete a list of tasks, which will be reported back pm an App on your phone. As you are hired onto shifts, we will send through details of the tasks and stores assigned to you, often being the same stores each week.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
● Activating in store promotions by using provided display material.
● Providing retailers with increased awareness and product knowledge.
● Managing and building relationships with a client base of grocery retailers.
● Timely and accurate reporting.
● The ability to work under pressure, to organise and multi-task activities.
To be successful in the role you will have:
● Previous shelf Management/ planogram experience.
●The capacity to interpret planograms and assemble fixtures.
● The ability to lift up to approx. 16kgs, multiple times throughout the day, onto shelving/trolleys.
● Outstanding communication skills with the capacity to develop strong relationships.
Duties:
● You'll be assigned stores to visit, when you arrive - Taking photos of stock in different stores (making sure it's looking good!)
● Checking price tickets are in good condition
● Restocking with available stock (if necessary)
You are:
● Comfortable engaging with Store Managers and other staff
● Looking for ongoing casual work
● Work Fast with a High Attention to Detail.
● Work Autonomously and follow written instructions to complete your assigned tasks
You have:
● Your own Car and Smartphone (to use our App!)
● Sidekicks will be reimbursed KM for Travel between stores only (not to and from your first job)
● Previous merchandising or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Uniform:
● Black Polo Shirt (no rips/ no logos)
● Closed-toe shoes are a must (for health and safety reasons.)
Inductions & training:
● You will need to complete client safety induction online before commencing work in the stores (if you haven’t already completed it).
● If you are successful for the role, you will receive a call and our operations team will brief you!
