Roles and Responsibilities include:
Conduct thorough assessments of existing IT systems and technologies.
Identify gaps and areas of improvement around current systems and processes within the business.
Plan and develop a timeline for the adoption of new systems and technologies including all integration and reporting requirements.
Ensure that new and existing systems and processes adhere to cyber security and compliance standards.
Manage the end to end process for system replacements, including vendor management, implementation and training.
Negotiate contracts and agreements regarding relevant systems and services.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure contractual agreements are being met
The ideal candidate will have or be able to:
A strong understanding of change management techniques.
The ability to lead and manage team based projects.
Understanding of system delivery processes.
The ability to identify potential risks and mitigation techniques.
Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
The ability to assess customer and employee needs to tailor system functions.
Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI analyses to support transformation initiatives.
RSA and RCG certification
Relevant IT qualifications
Exposure to SAP, PowerBi, Qlik and EBET is advantageous
