- Identify and report security and operational risks to Service Delivery Manager;
- Engage and understand customers' needs to reduce hand offs and improve products and services;
- Create and maintain relevant documentation including Standard Operating Procedures for all Active Directory platforms and processes;
- Highlight technology incident trends for root cause investigation;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of disaster recovery and availability plans;
- Ensure compliance to corporate and TDL governance standards and escalate potential breaches to the Service Delivery Manager;
- Adhere to Change Management processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Assist in creating technology roadmaps and a pipeline of work aligned to it.
- Perform on-call support duties as required.
- At least 5 years hands-on IT experience and at least 3 years' IT operations experience in a large complex organisation
- High level of skill and experience in some/all of the following technologies:
- Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
- Active Directory, DNS, Federation Services, and Certificate Services
- Authentication mechanisms such as Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, SAML, OAuth
- External DNS
- DHCP
- Public SSL Certificates
- Public Domain Name Management
- PowerShell scripting and automation
- RSA SecurID Authentication Manager
- Microsoft MFA
- Broad knowledge in the design of implementation of Windows based server infrastructure;
- Experience in working within change management parameters.
