They manage the post implementation of technology delivered, including services, hardware, software, systems and infrastructure.
Duties and responsibilities
- Solve, support, manage and troubleshoot endpoint management solutions such as Intune / MECM / SCCM,
- Windows 10 and 11 SOE support and deployment,
- Application packaging and deployment,
- Microsoft 365 support and compliance configuration,
- Project based on customer prem implementations, solutions, troubleshooting and representing our client in a professional and high integrity manner,
- Production of documentation and user guides,
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points and firewalls,
- Monitoring network performance and ensuring that the network is available to users,
- Troubleshooting network issues and identify and resolve problems,
- Implement infrastructure and network security measures to protect against cyber threats,
- Manage and configure virtual private network (VPN) connections between on-prem equipment and cloud services,
- Collaborate with IT professionals and other team members,
- Some travel and after-hours work may be necessary.
