SalaryA growing FinTech is seeking a System Engineer with strong Windows Server and VMware experience to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
Working in a small, close-knit and friendly team, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting 150+ end users spread across multiple locations in Australia. This will include Level 1 - 3 support and troubleshooting for Windows, MacOS, AD and VMware along with supporting their storage and networking (LAN / WAN) solutions.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications coupled with relevant industry certifications (ITIL, MCP etc)
- Demonstrated Systems Administration / System Engineering experience in a Microsoft environment
- Advanced knowledge and experience supporting, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server (2016 - 2022) and VMware / VSphere
- Proven experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS / DHCP
- Strong experience supporting storage and backup tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Superior customer service and teamwork skills
