We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Systems Engineer to join our mining team. The role
Reporting to the Mine Manager, the Systems Engineer will ensure the functionality of Bulga Open Cut's mine fleet management systems is maintained and delivers maximum benefit to the operation. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and leading the ongoing support and maintenance of our fleet management systems
• Reviewing production performance to identify areas of improvement and implementing strategies to address
• Leading a team of dispatchers
• Stay across technological advancements in the industry and how they may benefit the operation

About you:

• Experience in and comprehensive understanding of fleet management systems.
• Data analytics experience including Excel, PowerBI, MinVu or equivalent.
• Experience with Equipment Guidance Systems similar to or including MineStar, Modular, MineWare or Leica.
• Open Cut Mining experience
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to build and foster strong working relationships across multiple departments and organisational levels
• Tertiary qualifications in technological or engineering disciplines will be highly regarded.
