We are looking for an experienced System Support Specialist to work with our team, introducing Procore into our business and working with our team using our existing systems and Office 365 products.
Who are we? We're a local Geelong business - established 35 years ago and still growing. We design and assemble Water Treatment Plants and Irrigation Systems for a wide variety of uses. We have a great team based here in Geelong and Melbourne and need an IT professional to assist us.
Who are you? You must be reliable and self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic. You need to be enthusiastic, have a positive attitude and the confidence and skills to drive project implementations.
You will have had experience working with Procore and can lead and drive our implementation project alongside in-house champions.
You will also be able to lead our internal IT projects, including refreshing and improving our SharePoint site, as well as working with NetSuite to create reports and searches for the wider team.
This is an ‘in-office’ position, based at our Geelong office in Corio.
Selection Criteria:
- Technical background or a completed tertiary qualification.
- Demonstrated Procore experience.
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience.
- Experience with Oracle's NetSuite software.
- Sound understanding of operating systems, printing applications and network setup.
- The ability to work and drive 3rd party IT support for onboarding of new staff.
- Sound diagnostic skills and relevant IT support experience.
- Proved ability to troubleshoot and provide support solutions for internal stakeholders.
- Fantastic organisation skills and an attention to detail.
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A current Police Check, or the ability to obtain.
