Systems Admin / Project Manager

An organization that has provided support and services to remote communities for over 30 years.
The role:
We are seeking an adventurous and experienced System Administrator/ PM possessing strong O365 and Citrix administration experience in a role that will work to improve ICT infrastructure, provide technical support and manage various ICT projects.
This is a permanent role based in Perth but some remote site travel will be required intermittently throughout the year.
This is a fantastic opportunity to get out there and visit remote WA and have some memorable experiences - all on the job!
Responsibilities include:

• Systems administration in Microsoft, Office365 and Citrix environments
• End to end project management of ICT projects
• Maintaining information systems with a focus on reporting and implementation
• Provide technical IT support to clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate change management and contribute to continuous improvement

Key experience:

• Must have strong recent proven Systems Administration experience within Microsoft environments (must have strong O365 administration) and ideally experience in some of these technical areas:

• Linux Systems Administration
• Citrix virtual apps administration
• VMware vSphere administration
• IPv4 LAN and WAN networking management
• Hardware installation and SOE system builds

• Excellent communication and client engagement skills
• Natural ability to exhibit kindness, compassion and patience with customers
• The ability to work autonomously and as a team player
• The ability to travel when required
• Previous experience working in a remote location OR FIFO experience would be an advantage
• WA driver's license required

Desirable:

• A cabling license AND /OR experience is highly desirable
