PERSOLKELLY is hiring for an IT Admin (System and Network) role to join Not For Profit Organisation based in PERTH!
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Experience in an ICT Systems and Network Administrator role covering Microsoft Hybrid Environment with knowledge of Microsoft Server operating system 2008 R2 and above, and Microsoft 365 and associated services as Active Directory, Exchange, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.
- Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows 11 Pro.
- Knowledge of VOIP services such as Telstra Calling on O365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office Suite and miscellaneous common business applications.
- Working and troubleshooting knowledge in VMware and using vcenter.
- Working and troubleshooting knowledge in Meraki routers and wireless Aps.
- Working and troubleshooting knowledge in Ricoh HCP platform.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills in computer and mobile hardware, peripherals and various software.
- Use of enterprise helpdesk and remote support system.
- Experience with Ricoh HCP platform and printers.
- Experience with Tecom security alarm and door access system including swipe card.
- Experience with AV system such as Sophos and Malwarebytes.
- Ability to monitor and quickly react to resolve virus, malware and security issues.
- Ability to multi tasks and quickly respond to end user support.
