Systems And Infrastructure Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Systems and Infrastructure Engineer to join a leading company in their field located in Brisbane. This is a full-time, permanent role where you will be part of a busy, friendly environment, providing Level 3 troubleshooting and completing various projects including network implementations, upgrades, and revamps.

Position Responsibilities:

• Participate in relevant projects to support business objectives
• Maintain the IT operations to ensure smooth functioning
• Provide Level 3 IT Support, thinking on your feet to solve complex technical issues
• Offer support for server, network, and hardware involving Microsoft technologies, VMware Hypervisor 

  
Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in computer science with a minimum of 12 months industry experience in a similar level 3 role or equivalent work experience in a system environment
• Keenness to learn and adopt new technologies and skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks concurrently

  
The environment for this role includes technologies such as HP, Aruba, VLAN, Microsoft, VMware, VPN, and Connect wise, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2019 R2 and full MS Suite
