Job description

We are on a look out for an experienced Systems Implementation Manager on a 24 month FTC based at our Macquarie Park office who will be working closely with business and project stakeholders, internal and external system users, and the external software vendor to ensure the solution meets our evolving user and strategic needs. The role will have accountability for business cases, implementation, testing, training, and user support.

What you'll do:

  • Manage all aspects of the system from contracts to updates, software extensions and user adoption, embedding best practice
  • Managing test scenarios end to end from through to resolutions to meet system go-live timelines
  • Work with systems specialist team to develop user training guides; train internal and external users in face-to-face and online forums; manage the training and support timelines
  • Support as a main point of contact for post go-live support to internal and external users, including but not limited to: providing additional training, managing user inquiries, and if required, escalating any additional enhancement and/or testing requests to ensure the system meets user needs
  • Able to be an integral part of the team and provide timely and accurate updates on testing, training, user adoption, and system performance vs solution design and user needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate messages in an engaging manner with authenticity and compassion
  • Customer focused mindset, highly collaborative, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Highly favourable for skills and experience in promotions management or trading, and an understanding of the FMCG and/or Food industry
  • Demonstrates agility and can remain flexible, change and evolve as required
  • Desirable experience in writing business cases, managing implementation through to delivery, technical Writing and Instructional design, writing end user documentation and/or experience delivering systems and processes training for large systems or projects
  • Prior experience in delivering systems training in various formats of face-to-face training, eLearning, presentations and demonstrations
