AddressWe seek a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, data migration, testing, implementation, and launch of our Micrsoft Dynamic CRM project and drive additional strategic projects for our organisation. The CRM project is currently in build phase and requires someone to see it through to completion.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the project build and ensuring the smooth and successful implementation of the CRM and marketing automation system, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for UAT, data migration, and system launch.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Leadership and coordination of internal business and IT resources and any external 3rd parties working on the CRM Project to deliver the project to the agreed schedule.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success.
- Vendor Management, including project scope, progress, budget, and reporting against earned value.
- Day-to-day management of the D365 CRM Implementation activities.
- Providing a clear definition of timing for staff involvement.
- Schedule, prepare and facilitate the Project Status and Strategic Projects Committee meetings.
Testing Management:
- Develop and execute a testing strategy to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the CRM system.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback collection and resolution of issues.
- Work closely with QA teams to identify and address any defects or bugs.
Data Migration Oversight
- Collaborate with data analysts and IT teams to develop and execute a data migration plan.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout the migration process.
- Implement strategies to minimise downtime and disruptions during data migration activities.
System Launch and Deployment
- Coordinate the deployment of the CRM system, including configuration, customisation, and integration with existing systems.
- Develop and implement training programs and materials for end-users.
- Monitor system performance post-launch and address any issues or concerns.
Communications & Reporting
- Provide weekly updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and key metrics.
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and documentation as required.
