About the Role:
Reporting to the ICT Delivery Manager, work closely with a broad internal team, and external customers.
You will be supported to perform duties including:
- Designing deployments and implementations for our clients platform.
- Integrating our clients Platform with 3rd party ICT system.
- Providing technical escalation to ICT service desk & field service team.
- Supporting & delivering ICT projects and ICT managed services.
- Creating technical & user documentation including design architecture documents, systems diagrams, testing plans & service documentation.
- Collaborating closely with ICT Consultants, Hospital and/or Aged Care IT Departments, clinicians, carers, as well as internal stakeholders.
- Providing sales support and pertaining to the technical implementation of the platform
Skills & Experience:
- Administration and Implementation of Linux based operating systems. (RedHat, Oracle, CentOS)
- Programming and Scripting Language (PowerShell, Python, Bash, PHP)
- Network Technology (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, Wireless Networks)
- SQL Database Systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
- Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Containerisation Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)
About You:
You are self-motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and enjoy building strong relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally, as well as your team.
- Experience operating technical support, systems & solutions design
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Have strong technical problem-solving skills
- Have excellent systems thinking practice.
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes and practices
