Our Talent team is growing, and we are currently seeking a self-motivated and resourceful individual to join our business as a Talent Acquisition Administrator. This is an ideal role for a recent Human Resources graduate or passionate administrator looking to make an impact in a global organisation.
The successful candidate will support the Talent Acquisition Team in the transactional tasks connected to the recruitment process, for positions across Australia and New Zealand.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensure all job-related information is complete and accurate for all vacancies and internal approvals are completed, updating internal systems as required.
- Coordinate administrative components of recruitment and selection activities including the scheduling of interviews, reference checks and pre-employment testing processes.
- Create targeted advertising campaigns, advertising on various job boards and our company website through our Applicant Tracking System.
- Document reference check findings accurately and maintain detailed records
- Assist where required to ensure orientation and induction plans are in place for new employees.
YOUR SKILLS
