About the role
A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Administrator to join our Recruitment team!
This pivotal role will see you providing the team with administrative support relating to the sourcing and hiring of new employees nationally, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will manage the credentialing of potential new starters nationally, including Doctors, and will support the team with continuous improvement projects.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Compliance and credentialing of new starters
- Conducting background checks
- Managing the Careers inbox
- Posting job advertisements for a range of role types
- Administration of recruitment marketing
- Supporting Talent Acquisition projects
- Assisting with ongoing maintenance the employee credentials.
This position is available on either a permanent basis, or a fixed term contract for those on a working holiday visa.
About you
This is a fantastic role for you if you have experience working in an administration position, coupled with an interest in HR and recruitment.
