The team have extensive skills and capabilities across project and program management, application development and contingent workforce services. Project engagements span Defence and National Security, Government, Law Enforcement and Energy and Infrastructure.
The Talent Acquisition role will work alongside the broader APP Groups People and Culture function and work closely with the Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to significant projects, providing comprehensive recruitment solutions to our esteemed government clients and growing the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Volume Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end support for bulk or volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Client Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their staffing needs, offering expert advice and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Candidate Sourcing Teams: Work to source candidates to attract top talent and build a robust candidate pipeline that meets the specific requirements of each campaign.
- Selection Process: Design and implement efficient screening and selection processes, ensuring the best fit between candidates and client needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment progress, campaign effectiveness, and other key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong emphasis on managing high-volume recruitment projects.
- Familiarity with government sector recruitment, understanding its unique challenges and regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
