ACH Group are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to commence on a full-time basis at our Mile End office. The successful applicant with be joining an established Talent Acquisition Team at an exciting time as we enter a growth stage.

About The role: As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will own and manage the delivery of end to end recruitment activities across our Home Care and Community and corporate portfolios. You will develop and execute effective sourcing strategies that attracts the best talent to ACH, this is a high volume talent role with positions ranging from hourly entry level roles to mid level corporate salaried positions. This is an exciting talent role where you will work and partner with a number of stakeholders across the business, you will have access to multiple sourcing tools and our brand-new HR system. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you will leverage market insights and your expertise to provide ongoing recruitment support and advice to the business.
About you: You will be a highly skilled agency or internal recruiter with proven recruitment experience. You will thrive at managing multiple roles across various portfolios, with strong communication skills and the ability to drive effective relationships. Along with the above you will also possess.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in using an ATS such as Pageup, or Dayforce
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with demonstrated influencing skills and abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to work at pace within a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will need to provide a satisfactory police clearance less than 12 months old before commencement.
