Talent Acquisition Business Partner

What's the role?
A true 360 degree, Talent AcquisitionBusiness Partnering role responsible for the end to end recruitment of roles across a variety of business units.

• Utilise your consultative skills to provide expert Talent Acquisition advice and support to hiring leaders across several departments

Responsible for strategically sourcing and acquiring top talent for Australia's most influential media organisation
Partner with our stakeholders and senior leadership team through every step of the recruitment process
Delivering the highest possible candidate experience
Prepare and issue new employee contracts and other associated paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Provide advice on best practice recruitment, interview techniques/structures and suitable sourcing strategies
Who are you?

• Demonstrated experience in 360 degree Recruitment role within Agency, Internal or RPO

Highly driven and motivated personality able to work well under pressure
Experienced in sourcing strategies and head hunting techniques
Passionate about having a positive impact on people's careers
Able to work collaboratively with the immediate and wider team
Ability to work to agreed targets, metrics and deadlines
Professional approach that takes their work, but not themselves seriously
