Focusing on white collar roles for our Transport and Warehouse operations across every state, you will source, engage, and secure top talent across a wide variety of positions. You will manage a portfolio of roles end to end including contract creation, and will be expected to consult to your business leaders about the state of the market, what drives your candidates, where to find them, and recruit through a proactive lens with a view to build talent pipelines.This role offers flexibility with the option to work from home for two days per week and access to the latest sourcing technology, including Workday Recruiter ATS. You will join a collaborative national team, committed to your success and be supported by a manager keen to elevate your career.Your key responsibilities will include:Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for white collar operational roles.Building effective, professional, relationships with hiring managers , taking detailed role briefs, seeking to understand their unique requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly.Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, direct sourcing technology to proactively source and attract potential candidates, ensuring a diverse candidate pool.Delivering an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication, personalized feedback, and a smooth onboarding process.Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to track key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders.To be successful in this role your prior experience will include:4+ years internal recruitment or RPO experience recruiting roles within a fast paced operational environment. Will consider Agency only experience within a relevant industry.Exceptional stakeholder management skills and communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to recruitment.Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other technology platforms.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are regarded not essential.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
