We take great pride in our range of products, from solar panels to batteries to carbon-neutral energy, EV Chargers and virtual power plants, which have put us at the forefront of the industry.Due to plans of expansion, we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our award-winning team in an end-to-end Recruitment role. Initially, this position will be casual, full-time hours based in our Byron Bay HQ, but it has the potential to become full-time permanent for the right candidate with exciting progression opportunities.
Getting the best new talent for our offices is vital, and we are continuously on the lookout for new additions to our National Sales teams. We are looking for a dedicated and hard-working professional to support our rapidly expanding teams. About the Role:
- Use the best technologies to help source and select the right people - currently JobAdder but moving to Workable in the New Year.
- Assess and brief junior Sales applicants Nationally on the opportunity to join our team
- Schedule group and individual interviews, chase and confirm attendance
- Communicating regularly with Hiring managers to keep the process smooth for both parties
- Making sure candidates are compliant in initial screening
- Congratulating those that are successful
- Scheduling start dates and confirm their onboarding arrangements
- You will constantly strive to be creative and effective in your employment advertising writing and innovative in your talent sourcing strategies.
About You:
⭐ Some experience in a similar recruitment / Talent Acquisition role OR an interest in the field and a background in B2C, field, direct or telesales
⭐ Intermediate abilities with Excel and Google Suite. You must be tech savvy
⭐ Confidence, drive, resilience, excellent communication.
⭐ A strong sense of ownership. Doing what it takes to get your managers the recruits they need
⭐ Proactive, high attention to detail and confident communicator to take ownership of their own candidates to secure a hire
