The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to implement a Talent Acquisition team and function. Currently recruitment is managed by our Business Partners who do an amazing job of juggling all things people related.  However, with over 2000 employees across the group and approx. 1500 of those within Hospitality and Tourism, we require a Talent Acquisition Manger to put a strategic lens over the way we hire into our Hospitality and Tourism businesses.  Reporting to the Head of P&C, Hospitality and Tourism, this newly created position will be responsible for setting our strategy and managing two Talent Acquisition Advisors as part of their team.  We use the PageUp system to support our recruitment processes

This brand-new role will be responsible for the following:

Developing Recruitment Strategies: Craft and execute innovative recruitment and attraction strategies to attract talent.

Team Leadership and Management: Develop, Lead and cultivate the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, setting objectives, and ensuring the effective design and execution of recruitment strategies.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:  Drive a strategic approach to marketing employment with Federal Group, ensuring effective brand representation and delivering a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking: Analyse recruitment metrics and trends, utilising data to make well-informed decisions concerning hiring and workforce planning.

Streamlining Processes and Utilising AI: Optimize the hiring process by staying on top of AI advancements, automating repetitive tasks (e.g., resume screening, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and initial communication). This includes addressing language barriers within our multicultural workforce and considering the needs of neurodiverse candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will have the following:

 Demonstrated success in leading and executing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employment branding.
• A strong understanding of data analytics and reporting, coupled with an interest in continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.
