The Opportunity:
Kent is seeking maternity cover (12 months) for the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, APAC based in Perth. This person will be a key member of the People and Culture team responsible for developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition strategies and leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Mobilization Coordinators. This role involves collaborating with various departments and business leaders to identify and attract top-tier talent, fostering a positive candidate experience, and contributing to the overall success of the organization's recruitment efforts.
In this role, you will undertake the following duties:
Be a vital member in APAC Leadership Team consisting of functional and operational leaders and executives.
Provide strong leadership to the Talent Acquisition team within the region, guiding them towards the successful implementation of recruitment strategies.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication, idea-sharing, and knowledge exchange.
Collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Working closely with HR, conduct comprehensive market research to understand the salary landscape by exploring industry reports, salary surveys, and other relevant sources to gather data on compensation trends and internal salaries to appropriately benchmark roles.
Promote Inclusion and Belonging with the Talent Acquisition team and provide avenues to increase diversity hiring.
Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the region through various channels, such as social media, networking events, trade and uni shows, and community partnerships.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Work closely with the business development team to develop compelling proposals for potential clients, highlighting the organization's unique selling points and tailored recruitment solutions.
