We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Officer on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Your day will include:

  • Proactively and strategically filling current positions and developing a pipeline of a strong and suitable candidates
  • Developing strong relationships within a vital part of our business
  • Facilitating end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, selection processes and support to meet staffing levels across designated business units.
  • Managing communications to all internal and external stakeholders through a shared inbox
  • Advocating for candidates and the business and ensure that an excellent experience is received by candidates and Hiring Managers alike.
  • Willing to grow and develop a strong understanding of operational requirements across the business

What experience will you have?

If you have experience in the world of recruitment – great. But more than that, the following behaviours and skills are what will make you shine in this role:

  • Great organisation skills, be able to prioritise your work and be personally accountable for what you deliver 
  • Strong ICT skills – Outlook, Teams, Excel
  • Experience in using an ATS (bonus points if it is SCOUT) and other recruitment related platforms
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • A love for talking and building relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, and our team
  • A welcoming and engaging personality, plus the desire to learn
