This role reports to the General Manager of Hobart Private Hospital, working closely with our wider People, Culture & Engagement Team.
This role has a strong focus on operational recruitment, particularly clinical roles, although not limited to. The role will involve working with managers and leading the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing through to employee onboarding and commencement. This is a part-time role (3 -4 days per week) for a 12 month period
Your day will include:
- Proactively and strategically filling current positions and developing a pipeline of a strong and suitable candidate base.
- Developing strong relationships within a vital part of our business
- Facilitating end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities, selection processes and support to meet staffing levels across designated business units.
- Managing communications to all internal and external stakeholders
- Advocating for candidates and the business and ensure that an excellent experience is received by candidates and Hiring Managers alike.
- Willing to grow and develop a strong understanding of operational requirements across the business
What experience will you have?
If you have experience in the world of recruitment - great. But more than that, the following behaviours and skills are what will make you shine in this role:
- Great organisation skills, be able to prioritise your work and be personally accountable for what you deliver
- Strong ICT skills - Outlook, Teams, Excel
- Experience in using recruitment related platforms, ORACLE is our platform!
- Meticulous eye for detail
- A love for talking and building relationships with our candidates, hiring managers, and our team
- A welcoming and engaging personality, plus the desire to learn
