In this role you will:
Guide and coach hiring managers in the recruitment process.
Ensure our recruitment processes are optimised.
Contribute towards a positive candidate experience.
Attract, identify and screen applicants through a variety of platforms.
Manage and participate in the recruitment process.
Utilise best practices and job posting resources to increase applicant traffic for all company positions.
Coordinate domestic & international recruitment campaigns.
Communicate with hiring Managers and other stakeholders regularly to quickly fill vacancies.
About you:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource discipline or relevant experience.
Previous recruitment experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Possess sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
Time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities in an effective and efficient manner.
Capable of working without supervision and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, and experience in HRMS and contemporary social media applications.
