About the roleWe have a unique opportunity for an experienced recruiter to contribute to our brand-new internal TA Function. Working within a cohesive and supportive team, this role will be based in Qld and you can choose any of our site locations.An experienced blue-collar recruiter, you will enjoy partnering with business leaders to understand operational requirements and drive successful recruitment outcomes.Additionally, you have:
- Blue-collar Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, frontline operational environment
- Experience in the use of various sourcing channels and proactive talent pooling
- Proven ability to provide market intelligence and advice to hiring managers
- Strong influencing skills to ensure new TA processes are adopted
- Aptitude for building internal business partnerships
