The Role

• Working alongside the People Leader to define and update position descriptions and target talent pools.
• Owning and executing the full candidate journey with the related tools and platforms.
• Conducting candidate outreach across the organisations global footprint.
• Positioning the organisation in a brand positive manner at all touchpoints. 
• Own the onboarding of new team members as he key liaison between internal teams to ensure strong employee experience.

The Person

• Mid Career experience in HR &/or Recruitment
• Experience with Candidate application systems 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence to engage with new talent
