With the fast pace of our team we are seeking a 1 new Recruiter on a 6 month fixed term contracts to join our high energy team of 6 as kick into our high season.We are seeking an experienced and positive Recruiter to work on a range of roles within Hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, Retail and professional roles at the resort.We're privileged to operate in some of Australia's most culturally significant locations. - Actively talent searching for candidates to live and work at Ayers Rock Resort, NT.
- Writing Job Ads to attract talent and candidates wishing to relocate
- Building relationships with Hiring Managers at Ayers Rock Resort and knowing your portfolio of jobs inside out!
- Screening applications against Job Descriptions and scopes
- Interviewing candidates to ensure they are ready to live and work in Yulara
- Working across EBA, Award and Common Law offerings across 70 roles
- Basic experience within Recruitment (if you don't have this we will teach you)
- Strong experience within Hospitality, resorts or Hotels
- Positive and bubbly attitude
- Eager to listen and learn in a pressure cooker environment.
- We work with international candidates therefore strong and clear communication is a must!
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of Outlook and how to edit excel documents
