At Three Blue Ducks, we are committed to creating interesting dishes, banging with flavour that is simple and a bit rough around the edges. We are less white tablecloth dining and more come-as-you-are kind of vibe.
Our no-fuss way of dining and commitment to buying local and ethically farmed produce makes us proud to be seen as frontrunners in conscious consumption and a hit with visitors recognising our love of real food.
Hailing from a humble beginning in Bronte, we have since embarked on ambitious and rewarding ventures in Byron Bay, Rosebery, Brisbane, Snowy Mountains and Melbourne. Although each of our locations differs greatly in aesthetic their philosophy and ethos remains very much the same.
About the role

- Able to maintain our consistently high standard for all staff and customers
- Calm under pressure in a fast paced environment and have a good ability to problem solve and think on your feet,
