Address- $450 - $530 p/d + Super

- 6 Month Contract.
This global bank is heading into the busiest period of the year and is looking to hire a tax contractor to join the team on an initial 4 Month basis. This is a funds focused role and they require candidates to come with at 2 years exposure to Managed Funds and/or Superannuation covering both Tax & Financial Reporting. You will need experience reviewing Distribution Calculations, Financial Statements and APRA/ABS regulatory reports.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tax, finance, and regulatory reporting for superannuation funds and investment trusts
- Assess business activity statements, financial statements, and regulatory submissions
- Ensure alignment of accounting with taxable income
- Collaborate with clients and auditors
- Establish and refine procedures and controls
- Drive process improvements and assist in new client integration
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in tax and regulatory reporting for funds or trusts
- Solid grasp of accounting and tax principles
- Analytical thinker with meticulous attention to detail
- Hold a CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Proficient in managing deadlines and fluctuating workloads
