Form of workMARS Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a fast growing ASX listed Healthcare services business who are looking for a highly experienced Financial Reporting Specialist to join their high performing finance team. As the company grows from strength to strength they are a seeking a professional with strong technical accounting and ASX reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support external ASX and other external reporting partners in compliance with relevant standards
- Work closely with the Financial Controller and Chief Financial Officer by applying your strong financial acumen and experience in support of financial, statutory and ASX reporting
- Ensure accurate Financial Reporting of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow
- Partnering with the senior leadership team in providing commercial support
- Actively participate in the annual budget and forecast processes
- Support Management with key external relationships including audit, banking, insurance and tax
- Implement and maintain appropriate financial processes and systems
- Lead and manage the external audit process on behalf of the business
What we are looking for:
- CA/CPA qualification
- Extensive, relevant experience gained in a medium to large sized organisation
- Strong knowledge of financial operations within an ASX listed organisation
- Strong technical accounting experience and a solid understanding of AASB
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to think strategically and make sound financial decisions
