Overview
Responsibilities
- Work with team to capture functional and technical requirements to design overall Tableau CRM (TCRM) solution;
- Define, design, and build TCRM data flows, datasets, and recipes, lenses, and dashboard visualizations;
- Provide meaningful insights and interpretation of data, with actionable recommendations;
- Assist with TCRM data-mapping;
- Drive commonality and reuse;
- Document technical data, ETL, and Integration Architecture Design for input to CRMA development team; and
- Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both the internal team, but also our platform users.
