- Demonstrated capacity to develop positive learning environments with a thorough understanding of effective behaviour management strategies that enhance student wellbeing and learning outcomes.
- Proven ability to implement effective strategies and programs to enhance the wellbeing of a diverse range of learners including students from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds and those who have experienced trauma, low socio-economic status or havE A disability.
