About the role:
TAFE Gippsland are seeking a suitability qualified and experienced Hospitality professional to join the TAFE Gippsland Hospitality teaching team, to deliver Hospitality units to our VDSS (Vocational Education and Training (VET) delivered to school students). The primary responsibility of this role involves providing support to students, delivering high quality training and assessment, creating educational resources, and handling administrative tasks associated with course delivery. Working 1 day per week, on a Wednesday.
Mandatory requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40122 or equivalent is mandatory (if not held, must be willing to undertake the qualification if successful)
- Minimum Certificate III Hospitality or related studies
- RSA and Food Handling Certificates
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in the Hospitality industry
- Current Victorian Working with Children Clearance
- Current Police check (no older than 12 months)
- Current COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Current Driver’s Licence
