Teacher Personal Development, Health & Physical Education - Rouse Hill High School

Rouse Hill High School is a comprehensive High School which opened in 2009, with a student population of approximately 1350 and a teaching staff of 86. Additional to our mainstream, the school has one autism class. Stage six students study the Higher School Certificate using the compressed curriculum model. The school has a focus on collaborative practice to improve teaching practice and student outcomes. The school is supported by a small but active P&C. 

1. Approval to teach Personal Development Health and Physical Education and a willingness to teach Sport, Lifestyle and Recreation/Physical Activity and Sports Studies.
2. Ability to work as a collaborative member of a team to develop high quality teaching and learning programs 
3. Demonstrated capacity to design and implement effective learning sequences for a diverse range of students 
4. Demonstrated initiative in contributing to whole school strategic directions to support learning and wellbeing outcomes 

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.

Applicants are to include details of their WWCC clearance number as part of this application.
