Teacher's Aide (P-2)

The role on offer:

• Teacher's Aide (initial focus on Stage 1, grades P-2).
• Temporary full-time to 13 December, 2024.
• Term-time only (38 weeks).
• Start ASAP.
• Actively participates in classroom activities, assisting, intervening, and encouraging students.
• Provides 1:1 or small group support where needed, with supervision and guidance from the Teacher.
• Assists in the implementation of personalised learning plans.
• Forms part of our wider Learning Enrichment team.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have: relevant qualifications in Education Support.
• Must have: demonstrated experience supporting the learning of Early Childhood / Stage 1 students.
• Great to have: understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy.
• Great to have: demonstrated experience and/or additional qualifications in Diverse Learning.
