Become a part of the future of education by joining our dynamic team as a Teaching Coordinator. This part-time position involves both teaching students and management of a teaching team. Previous teaching experience is a compulsory criterion for this role, with coding skills not being required as training is provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching in-person robotic lessons to primary school and after-school classes.
- Preparing the curriculum outlines, lesson plans and teaching materials for lessons.
- Training new teachers joining the company.
- Supervising and leading the teaching team, assisting them on an ongoing basis.
- Managing administration and reports of both teacher and student performance.
- Participating in company-provided training and professional development.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Staying updated on the trends and advancements in STEAM Robotics education.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications and previous work in the teaching / tutoring field.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Passion for STEAM education and a strong desire to inspire students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances.
Working Mode: Part-time
Compensation:
- $ 45000 /year for a part-time contract
