We are recruiting a Team Assistant for our client, an ASX listed legal firm to support the finance team.
The Company
Our client is a global ASX listed legal business and we are very excited to be partnering with this group to appoint a Team Administrator located in their Perth office.
The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level admin/ secretarial support
- Develop specialist skills in billing and knowledge management
- Conducting legal research and compiling relevant information
- Drafting legal documents and reports
- Manage finance systems for accurate billing and financial operations
- Coordinating Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements
- Prepare financial reports and support ad-hoc projects
- Perform any other administrative duties as required
- Maintaining confidentiality
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Administrator, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Legal Administrator or similar role
- Experience across in MS Office Suite and legal softwares/CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Perth CBD location
