About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information and Technology professional to join our team. As the Team LeadEnterprise Systems Support, you will manage the Enterprise Systems Support Analysts (ESSA) to develop and support Council’s core Enterprise Resourcing Planning (ERP) applications (Civica Authority, TechnologyOne, SAP BusinessObjects etc.).
You will work closely with various Council teams, focusing on developing a cohesive ERP governance framework that will continue to promote continuous improvement and ensure the ERP systems are implemented to a high standard. You will be the primary point of contact between the ESSA team and the I&TS Leadership Team to provide updates on progress, challenges and successes as well as providing technical direction to align system development with strategic directions. Your strong leadership skills will be pivotal in ensuring a collaborative team environment and strong stakeholder engagement and involvement.
Our Ideal Candidate has:
- Experience managing the development, support and maintenance of Council’s Enterprise Resourcing Planning (TechOne & Authority) applications as well as managing resources to meet goals and objectives as defined within the organisation
- Extensive experience in ERP project management, a deep understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of driving successful ERP implementations
- Ability to lead and facilitate development and implementation of ERP short and medium term plans, managing the team of Enterprise Systems Support Analysts (ESSA) to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support critical enterprise application solutions for all aspects of Council
- Strong leadership skills along with the ability to lead a multi-functional team from varying backgrounds across a suite of Core Enterprise systems
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, and remain organised, composed, and resourceful
- Ability to build relationships with key business stakeholders to create positive outcomes for both the branch and the business while ensuring the stability and sustainability of Council’s core Enterprise Systems
- Ability to work closely with other I&TS teams to ensure a strong alignment within the I&TS team and focus on a strong alignment to the Corporate and I&TS strategic goals as defined by the branch
