About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead Rehabilitation Consultant to lead the team in Townsville.
In this role you will provide leadership and mentoring to your team of consultants to meet individual and team KPIs. You will be expected to provide a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders and strengthen key relationships. You will also be expected to provide strategic input for business development and specialist case management.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Previous industry experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is essential
- Experience within employment services
- Thorough understanding of Workers' Compensation and injury management
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian driver's licence
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
