About the role:
Our client is trusted by consumers as a GLOBAL LEADER in after-sales care across consumer electronics and home appliances. They provide flexible solutions for rapid repair, replacement, or upgrade.
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day activities and performance of your team of Inbound Customer Service Representatives.
- Rostering of staff, scheduling for planned and unplanned leave with managing daily workload and ensuring phone coverage.
- Support, coach and drive the overall success of the team.
- Achieve program targets and KPI’s.
- Assisting with workload in high-volume times.
- Lead, train and develop your team to deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
- Previous leadership experience within a contact centre.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motive your team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet required time frames.
- Experience in working well under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Capability to deliver professional customer service in all interactions.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong computer literacy.
