About the role
The Team Leader, Client Engagement role supports the Prairiewood client engagement teams to foster and develop relationships with new and existing clients, develop a deep understanding of client needs and goals and enable matching with available CPA services.
The Team Leader, Client Engagement reports to the Senior Manager, Client Engagement and drives the operational day to day activities of the Client engagement team. This includes maximising the retention and optimisation of CPA's client base, in addition to the conversion of new clients to CPA services and scheduling of services.
The goal will be to ensure that our relationships with clients are strong, sustainable and enduring, and that we are acting upon the voice of customer insights to create a superior client experience. You will work closely with team to create a high performing, positive, quality work culture and establish clear accountabilities and support frameworks for the team.
This role is based at our Prairiewood campus where you will manage a team of new and experienced Client Service Consultants. You will bring a high energy, be proven in building strong team culture with a client first approach and have demonstrated skills in fostering internal stakeholder relationships

What do you need to be successful?
To ensure you are successful in this role we need your skills, experience and background to meet the following criteria:
Proven experience in leading client engagement or customer service teams.
Strong capability in change management
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to positively collaborate with internal groups and clients
