What you’ll do
The Client Engagement Team Leader heads the Client Engagement team in the delivery of customer service and the effective collection and reporting of company revenue. The position is responsible for identifying concerns, opportunities and solutions to ensure effective risk management, financial performance and sustainability.
What you’ll need
- Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
- Drivers Licence
- Substantial experience in Accounts Receivable processing
- Strong knowledge of the QikKids System
- Demonstrated understanding of current and proposed arrangements of Government rebates and other funding arrangements in the child care sector
- Experience in performance analysis and business process reform
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and service expectations
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
- Proven experience leading a team and communicate effectively at all levels
- Previous general office administration experience, including word processing, spreadsheets and filing
- Qualification in Business Administration, Accounting or Customer Service (desirable)
- Experience with debt collection or recovery (desirable)
