We are seeking multiple experienced Team Leaders to provide leadership to a team of staff across a variety of front-line, service delivery functions in the Customer Experience Division at the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA).
The role will be fast paced, exciting and dynamic! We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Team Leaders who can work in a multi-disciplinary team that thrives on collaboration with a focus on service and delivery. These positions are fixed-term, full-time roles located in the Brisbane CBD.

The role of Team Leader Customer Experience is to contribute to the high-performance culture of the RTA by providing strong leadership and management of Customer Experience team members, ensuring activity levels and service quality standards are achieved, whilst consistently upholding the RTA's vision and values. The successful candidate will be able to promote and contribute to a culture of innovation that champions continuous improvement of our Customer Experience.
To be successful you will need:
- The ability to lead and coach a diverse team towards a common goal of customer excellence
- Proven experience or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in the use of business tools, including Genesys PureCloud (Contact Centre Management) software along with a suite of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications
- The capacity to develop positive relationships with a range of stakeholders to influence and implement change and new initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other business units
- Demonstrated ability to gain subject matter expertise in a technical or regulatory environment.
- The flexibility to work remotely up to 60% of the time
